The Project provides a direct connection between:

• University Research Park
• The future Doby Creek and Barton Creek Greenways
• JW Clay Blue Line Station
• University of North Carolina at Charlotte

The Project will provide facilities that accommodate modes of transportation for:

• Motorists
• Bicyclists
• Pedestrians
• Transit

Alternative 2 (Preferred Alternative):

• Least impacts in project area
• Shorter bridge across I-85
